Beitel Group is redeveloping the entire city block at 3333 Biscayne Boulevard into three towers. The first is a 45-story building with 667 residences, structured parking and roughly 7,400 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Site preparation and demolition are already underway under approved permits, with the construction crane scheduled from December 2026 through July 2028. John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor.
