Beitel Group is rebuilding the entire city block at 3333 Biscayne Boulevard as three towers. The first is a 45-story building with 667 apartments, garage parking and roughly 7,400 square feet of shops at street level.
Site work and demolition are underway on approved permits, with the construction crane scheduled from December 2026 through July 2028. John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor.
